1. Please ensure you double-check before sending the personalisation details, unfortunately, can not be refunded or exchanged.

2. When your custom print is ready, I will send it to you via email. You will receive a high-resolution .jpg (A4 paper size) ready for print.

3. Print at home, at your local print shop or online. For best results, print on regular white card stock over 220gms heavier, instead of plain paper.
