Tracking and problems

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international) of dispatch, contact us at hi@timetobelove.com with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail. Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering, as we cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
